If you are not satisfied with the ring, you can return your order within 30 days from the date it was shipped.
NOTE: All return requests go through an approval process.
To start your return process, write to us at support@mementosjewelry.com with the following order information:
- Full name
- Address
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Type of ring purchased
- Problem with the order.
If your order is approved for return, we will provide you with a return authorization number along with a prepaid return label through USPS. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
NOTE: All returned items are inspected upon receipt before any refund, exchange or credit is issued. Merchandise that does not match our product data in our records will be returned or refused.
Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect size selection, and we do not accept returns for such reason.
However, we will be able to offer you a 20% discount coupon in case you want to reorder the ring in the correct size.
If your ring has had a manufacturing defect or any of the stones have fallen out within 30 days of receiving the ring, we will repair it for you at no additional cost, in this case we will send you a prepaid label via USPS to repair your ring and send it back to you.
The refund will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the package.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
